Our beginner classes offer a great introduction to the world of Joseph Pilates. Building your confidence on the Reformer whilst learning the basic principles needed for an optimal mind-body workout. 

We will work through the Essential repertoire beginning to develop core strength, better alignment and greater mobility.

Our Intermediate classes are focused for clients who have a great understanding of the Essential repertoire. Here we introduce new, harder exercises, at a slighter faster pace. Think less rest, more challenges.
